Chloe warns Billy that someone broke in the Chancellor estate last night. Meanwhile, Cane assures Kay that he will continue to be her eyes and ears at Chancellor as long as Tucker is in charge. Jill goes to see Tucker to tell him about the events of last night, clearly still shaken, and is stunned when Tucker coldly tells her that they should stop seeing each other. Later, Jill tries to apologize to Kay but Kay sees right through and realizes that Tucker dumped her.

Adam meets with Victor and Victor gives him copies of the keys he had made of Tucker's office when he was there after Adam's public fight with Victor. Victor reminds Adam to get Tucker out of his office and to make sure to do his part. Later, Tucker meets with Adam and Cane and shows him the bids that came in for Jabot and admits that he was surprised not to get one from Victor. Nick sees Tucker arrive for his meeting at the G.C.A.C. with the mayor and he sets his plan with Adam in motion.

Jack asks Billy to be his best man and Billy is completely shocked and touched. Meanwhile, Paul arrives at the hospital and Patty tells him that she needs to get out of the hospital now. Later, Billy and Jack are celebrating their new beginning when Tucker approaches them and asks if they are celebrating the sale of Jabot a bit prematurely. Billy is blindsided by this news but holds his tongue in front of Tucker and Tucker informs Jack that Victor has yet to offer a bid for Jabot.

Cane goes to Kay to warn her that Tucker is moving on and preparing to sell off the first portion of Chancellor as soon as the sale of Jabot is final. Meanwhile, Adam breaks into Tucker's safe and opens all the sealed bids, photographing each one for Victor. Later, Adam continues to send Victor all the sealed bids as Nick signals to them that Tucker is on his way back to the office. Meanwhile, as Kay and Cane go over the divisions of Chancellor, Jill steps in and begs Kay and Cane to let her help but neither Cane nor Kay are willing to trust Jill any longer.

Emily and Chloe discuss how good it was to see Jack and Billy put their differences aside and come together and now how perfect the wedding is going to be because of it. Meanwhile, Billy confronts Jack about keeping him out of the bidding war for Jabot and Jack shocked by the intensity of Billy's anger and hurt. Jack tries to justify his actions but Billy tells Jack that he is merely treating him like a child, as always and Jack needs to find himself another best man. At Newman, Victor shows Nick what he plans to bid for Jabot and Nick is taken aback. Later, Paul is dumbfounded when Patty greets him as Dr. Emily Peterson.

Victor calls Tucker to let him know that his offer for Jabot is on its way and it arrives moments before the deal as Adam wonders if Tucker suspects him of anything underhanded.
